This training will give certified Aerial Yoga teachers the tools to instruct a suspended restorative yoga class. Learn basic theories of sequencing a restorative class and how to use the aerial hammock at varying heights to magnify the effects of traditional restorative yoga postures. The course will include aerial restorative postures with and without the use of bolsters and blankets.
