Suspended Restorative Yoga Teacher Certification 2016

This training will give certified Aerial Yoga teachers the tools to instruct a suspended restorative yoga class. David starts us out with a traditional yin session, holding our asana (poses) for 3-5 minutes each, cultivating our patience and increasing the body’s flexibility and openness. From the stillness of yin, Grant leads us into light movement, bringing us fully present in the body. His segment of the workshop is titled: Introduction to Limitless Bliss and the Wisdom of Love.

This interactive group communication session is geared towards the enlightenment of all participants, with no affiliation to any religion or tradition. Anybody can join!

Mala Making Workshop with Katie Rose
