September 16-22, 2019. Nia Blue Belt is a weeklong intensive training, the second level of Nia education after White Belt. Blue Belt explores how to create healthy relationships through body-centered communication. This intensive introduces the next set of 13 Nia principles, and which starts from the body to focus on the mental, emotional and spiritual realms of the self.
