The Nia White Belt Training is the first level of a five-belt training series that presents a body-centered approach to health, wellness and fitness. Blue Belt is a weeklong intensive training, the second level of Nia education after White Belt. Blue Belt explores how to create healthy relationships through body-centered communication. This intensive introduces the next set of 13 Nia principles, which focus on the mental, emotional and spiritual realms of the body.Find out more »
