Let’s welcome Nathalie Champion in a lively and thoughtful conversation as she facilitates Sparked! Space is limited to 12 attendees, please register in advance. The game fosters meaningful connection, and allows women to hold space for each other-- through laughter, tears, and awkwardness. The game reminds women of who they are, that they are important and have important knowledge to share with each other, and helps to give them space to process things that are important in their lives and to connect with what brings them joy. Free event, pre-registration required.

Merry & Bright Winter Celebration

Winter solstice is a time of celebration the world over, with candles and fires burning bright to welcome the return of the sun! Join us for a Merry & Bright celebration with your Still & Moving Center faculty and friends.

Raise your voices with our Seated Baby Hula class as they lead a joyful Hawaiian Holiday Singalong - there will be jingle bells for all!  The Keiki Hula Halau will enchant you with their merry dances and bright smiles.  Adult performances will include Hula and Bellydance. Aerial performances will thrill and delight. Lift your body and soul with playful, holiday themed Nia. Savor complimentary hot spiced cider and cookies after the performances. Letʻs celebrate the season with lightness of heart and jolly good cheer!!!

Winter Intensive Lomilomi Massage Training with Mālia Helela. Focus: Moving Through Space.

This particular lomilomi training, entitled “Moving through Space”, focuses on the skeletal system and the movement of bones in lomilomi treatments and hula.

This “Moving through Space” lomilomi massage training is one of 8 complementary training programs, each 16 hours long. As a whole, her 8 complementary programs, each with its own focus, provide 128 hours of training that comprises her full culturally-based approach to lomilomi massage. Malia will give this current training compressed into a single  16 hours weekend intensive.
