Suspended Restorative Yoga is the perfect event to reset your mind, body, and spirit. This training will give certified Aerial Yoga teachers the tools to instruct a suspended restorative yoga class. Learn basic theories of sequencing a restorative class and how to use the aerial hammock at varying heights to magnify the effects of traditional restorative yoga postures. The course will include aerial restorative postures with and without the use of bolsters and blankets. Graduates of this training will leave able to instruct an easeful Suspended Restorative Yoga practice.Find out more »

This second set of Headstand Feldenkrais® lessons will be effective to take with or without the September workshop. The lessons in this workshop will simply be different from the first set.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to safely stand on their head. Feel the benefits of being upside down, including a freer neck and greater space between the vertebrae for a more flexible spine, as well as lowered anxiety and improved blood flow to the brain. August 13 & 16 - 4:30pm. Zoe is 17 years old both in age and years of aerial experience. She quite literally has grown up in the circus world. As both of her parents are accomplished Cirque performers/creators, she began training as she took her first breaths. By age seven, Zoe was practicing intensively every day.
