This workshop will help your spine heal and/or stay healthy. If you have a twist in your spine (scoliosis) or suffer from roundback (kyphosis) this workshop can teach you how to lengthen your spine and undo curves that hinder free movement. Your neck, thoracic, and lumbar vertebrae will benefit and feel more mobile yet stable. You may be able to reduce headaches with these movements.
Our ribcage and diaphragm often reflect our spine’s habit of shortening to one side or to the front. To make lasting change, we will address mobility of the ribs and learn to balance the intercostal muscles to be more functional in all directions. With a freer ribcage and spine, we breathe more easily!
You’ll take 2 lessons with a water break in between. We plan to record the lesson to make it available to workshop attendees for a small fee.
Students appreciate Eva’s sincere care for their health and excellence on every level. Her range of personal experience in various moving art forms and her understanding of the workings of the human body in motion are both vast.

Flying with Friends is a fun filled playshop that incorporates yoga, acrobatics, and elements of Thai Massage. We will look at basic floor lifts, how to support your partner’s full or partial weight using proper skeletal alignment along with a few different transitions. We will cool down with some simple yet amazing Thai Massage techniques. Come with a friend or meet someone here, we will work with different partners so no one gets stuck and everyone gets to learn. Open to all levels. It is recommended that you can do 5 full push-ups or hold a plank position for 45-60 sec and comfortably hold a full or partial bridge pose for 30sec.
