Li Si specializes in educating students on her “Fitness Pyramid,” a step-by-step, level by level program on the ABC’s of corrective exercise. Learn her five key principles to good health and fitness (posture, flexibility, breathing, core, and mind-muscle connection) and how it applies to every movement and sport. Each principle must be mastered for they work together just like an orchestra. Once you have this understanding your workouts will be much more productive and enjoyable. This class is for all levels.
