With Kristin Klein, Massage Therapist
Sunday, starts Nov 9th
12:00 noon – 5:00 pm
Utilizing a variety of massage modalities including myofascial release, trigger point therapy and Thai stretching, these sessions address the whole body. Releasing chronically held pain patterns in the body can bring a person into a greater state of flow whether it’s riding on a wave or taking the kids to the grocery store. Doterra oils act as a compliment throughout to facilitate well-being. Each One-on-One is unique to the individual and their needs in that moment.
- To hold space for emotions to be brought to the surface with love
- Let go of chronically held/suppressed emotional patterns in the body
- Invite the body/mind back into a state of flow.
- Reveal your most authentic self by clearing the channels of the body.
- Embrace & nurture the Inner Child.

Intent on healing, Michael has a caring approach and intuitive understanding of what’s going on in the body. The Kido-Jutsu that he practices is a Japanese system of bodywork (see www.kidojutsu.com if you read Japanese.)
Kido-Jutsu combines elements of massage, such as shiatsu, as well as joint mobilization and stretching, acupressure, trigger points and myofascial release.
Licensed in Hawaii as an LMT, Mike customizes each session based on your needs and works to heal on all levels. Benefits include increased blood and lymph circulation, better brain and organ function, increased energy, better mood, emotional healing, relaxation, better posture, and the reduction of stress and anxiety. Kido-Jutsu is also great for nerve issues, chronic pain, muscle aches, post-operation recovery and muscle toning.
Michael’s sessions are 2 hours long, for the price of $150. Available Tuesdays and sometimes Saturdays. Call Still & Moving Center: 808.397.7678.
