Mestre Cafu is the pioneer of capoeira in Hawaii and holds 32 years of experience.
Capoeira is a Brazilian art form that combines dance, martial arts, acrobatics, dynamic music and personal expression. It is both challenging and fun! Capoeira movements involve the entire body and help develop confidence, self-esteem, coordination, strength and flexibility. It is a ‘game’ that requires focus, commitment, constant movement and interaction. Workshop open to all levels!
