Laughter Yoga is an opportunity for people to come together and share silly, fun laughter exercises together as a way to de-stress and take advantage of the many health benefits of using laughter and humor. It does not use jokes or comedy. Laughter yoga can be quite physical, but can also be adapted for those without the ability to move much.
