Since completing the 4-year Professional Feldenkrais Training in 1987 she has been teaching the Feldenkrais Method® internationally in thousands of private sessions, week long seminars, many hundreds of week-end workshops and evening classes.
Eva loves to teach and share her knowledge and love for conscious movement to help people to improve and excel in all areas of their lives.
Eva is also a teacher of Contemporary Dance, Qigong-Universal Tao of Mantak Chia, a IAO healer, a Capoeirista (Brazilian Martial Arts) and a choreographer. She also teaches Authentic Movement and Wave Continuum, a spin of Continuum Movement.

The Feldenkrais Method is a wonderful and potent method to rebalance, realign and heal areas in your movement coordination. The method is gentle and only requires a curiosity about your own movement habits and ways that sometimes are taken for granted but that we all learned at some time. Some of those habits are causing limitations, pain, inflammation and exertion. With the Feldenkrais Method it is possible to recognize those hindering habits and find plus form better ones that are healthy, strengthening and pain free. This does not only happen on the physical plane but also ripples out into the rest of one’s life.
Eva Geueke effectively helps people to feel comfortable in their own bodies. She has been a Feldenkrais practitioner for 30 years. As a young dancer she discovered the Feldenkrais Method and took immediately to it as she recognized it would change her dancing rapidly for the better. She also saw this method helped her to stay healthy and develop perception, clarity and maturity. Awareness through Movement (aka Feldenkrais) has become a life long training for Eva. Besides dance and the Feldenkrais Method, Eva has studies many more modalities, such as Body-Mind Centering, ‘The Work’, Alexander Technique, Iao Healing, Qigong, etc.
