kristinKristin Klein is a certified Hatha/Vinyasa & Kundalini Yoga Teacher.  With six years of teaching experience, Kristin has developed a unique style of teaching, blending self healing techniques with the practice of yoga.  Her range of experience includes everything from Chair yoga to Hot Yoga.  Kristin is known for her gentle, encouraging style and loves helping those new to yoga and those looking to gain a deeper understanding of the body/mind through moving meditation.
Dulcinea’s voice glides and lilts as if riding the air currents. Her style is soothing and soulful. Surrounded by music, Dulcinea grew up loving the way singing made her feel. The same feeling and passion inspired her to teach yoga. “My journey with Yoga, and music has been the greatest love affair in my life. Never have I been so whole in my body and quiet in my mind. The power, grace, and beauty that come with Yoga, are what I share in my classes. The ability to express the soul and speak the universal language of music, is what I share in my song.  I sing and teach yoga to empower, inspire and heal. Being able to share this beauty with the world is my deepest joy.”

 EVERY 2nd Sunday

A  yoga class that starts with a meditative visualization and proceeds at a relaxed pace, with an emphasis on the breath and enjoying movement. Along the way, Kristin provides tips on reflexology and self-healing, as well as fascinating information about how the body works.  Recognizing that every body is different, she adapts the poses to suit the individuals.   By awakening the body’s innate healing capacity, the spirit is free to live more fully.  Kristin gives guided relaxation and a bit of aroma touch massage at the end.

The entire event is enlivened by Dulcinea’s enchanting, lyrical voice and guitar. Her music gracefully soars in and out of Kristin’s yoga cuing, the two women co-guiding your experience with a beautifully balanced synergy.  You will leave feeling gently uplifted to start a vibrant new week .
