with Erica Jago, Teacher, Author & Yogini
Entering into the Silence gives our Highest Self an opportunity to emerge in vision form. Learn how to incorporate more creative pauses into your daily practices to draw out what is being revealed to you and what you want to make of that. Often, what we make is art. This practice is a dynamic fusion of rhythmic vinyasa and slow deep holds to prepare the body for artistic meditations. There will be moments of silence in between meditations to seduce your inner artist through paper and pen. Please bring: your favorite journal, paint or pen to use, some supplies will be provided.
Both workshops 11/30 and 12/7 are $40
Individual workshop $25
