Aerial Classes at Still & Moving Center

Our Aerial School offers vertical options for yoga and dance. In Aerial Yoga, the silk hammock supports the body’s weight to attain optimal alignment and spinal decompression, accessible to all ages. The silks, trapeze and steel lyra hoops support students in exciting, vertical choreography. Current offerings include: Suspended Restorative Yoga workshops, Aerial Yoga and Aerial Dance – Lyra & Silks.

Whether you like to relax or challenge  yourself, there is something for everyone in our Aerial Program.  Come and hang out with us in our amazing facility!

If you ever wondered what it would be like to fly – this is a package for you! Come and find out what it is like to move safely in vertical space. Experience the spinal decompression. This pass is a great introduction to our Aerial Yoga, Aerial Conditioning and Aerial Dance program. In the small class size of a Level 1 Aerial, you will learn all the basics required to take our classes in lyras, hammocks or silks.
