Ancient female Taoist masters China developed many exercises to keep a woman`s body healthy throughout a long life. Learn a few simple exercises that keep your ovaries and breasts healthy and beautiful. Address your pelvic health with some of the best little exercises brought from the distant past to the do-able present. The final 30 min of Feldenkrais® goes a little deeper into these exercises. Eva will teach Feldenkrais® movements that are good for both pregnant women and those who are not pregnant.
