These three follow-up workshops are for those of you who have taken the Advanced 3 day workshop and would like a follow up review on what you learned.  We will also be assessing your flexibility from head to toe, addressing any restricted ranges of motion.  With practice in a class setting, gain a much better understanding of your own posture and the areas you need to correct to look and feel your best.
