This very special workshop teaches a Therapeutic Movement practice for those who often fall or have difficulty walking, and for the ones who care for them.

Discover your innate capacity for effortless, organic, efficient, and graceful movement.  Build strength, increase movement confidence, and find new options for sitting, standing, and rising from the floor.

Two exceptionally skillful movement therapists will facilitate your experience and learning in this workshop. They both teach methods that work with the Neuroplasticity of the brain and re-patterning. Learn the beneficial wisdom from the Feldenkrais Method® and Continuum Movement.  Both methods have been very successful worldwide in helping people regain a wide variety of function after losing it due to neurological difficulty.
