Li Si specializes in educating students on her “Fitness Pyramid,” a step-by-step, level by level program on the ABC’s of corrective exercise. Learn her five key principles to good health and fitness (posture, flexibility, breathing, core, and mind-muscle connection) and how it applies to every movement and sport. Each principle must be mastered for they work together just like an orchestra. Once you have this understanding your workouts will be much more productive and enjoyable. This class is for all levels.


There is an old saying, “Give a man a fish and he will be fed for a day.  Teach a man to fish and he will be fed for life.” Our mission is to help you understand how to move your body efficiently to prevent injuries and get the most out of your workout.

li si yangLi Si Yang calls herself “teacher of self-care” because she believes mindful movement leads to self-discovery. She is the inventor of the “Fitness Cue” and also created the “Ball Therapy Express,” a simple and quick routine using two gentle therapy balls to relieve tension in the head, neck, shoulders and lower back. Li Si is very excited to be a part of the Still & Moving Center and to help her students find their passion, meaning and purpose through fitness.
