“Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness” according to Joseph Pilates. Hit the pilates mat on 3 May, National Pilates day to take the first step towards having a whole new body. Pilates is a challenging and effective way to gain “core” strength, improve posture and overall stability and flexibility. Rotating between stations, you will benefit from 2 highly qualified instructors. Beware, its addictive!
