Each week will introduce a new skill and a short series of movements with careful consideration of how to flow from one move to the next. The first five weeks will lay a foundation of moves and short sequences and the last five weeks will focus on the creation of a choreographed routine that includes both solo and doubles work. Each class will include a warm up, instruction and practice of moves and technique, sequence work, strength building exercises and stretching/cool down.We also recommend that students attend another aerial class each week to complement the work you will be doing in this class.
At the end of the ten week session, we will perform as a cohesive group at Still & Moving and we hope you invite friends and family to share in your performance experience.
