YOGI RAMESH PANDEY

Yogi Ramesh is a born Yogi from India. He started practicing yoga at the age of 5 with his guru Paramanda Maharaj in the Himalaya mountains. Yogi belongs to a spiritual family in Lucknow (U.P.) India. He came to the USA in1984. He has been practicing an ancient science of spiritual yoga for the last 55 years. He has been teaching students the yoga of divine love, joy and peace for realization of the Self. He is now a world famous Laughing yogi.

He has done a lot of research and practice to find inner bliss, ananda. Based in California, he founded the Universal Temple of Yoga and Inner Peace in Paramount in 1997, and Universal Laughing Yoga 25 years ago  in Palm Springs.

Discovered by the stars of Hollywood and recognized by many holy people, Yogi has appeared on countless television shows. He has given a Laughing Yoga show for the last 15 years in Los Angeles. He has taught many doctors and patients in the hospitals. He runs a Laughing Club in Downey and Paramount, California.

Yogi’s goal is to create a stress-free, disease-free world by practicing the spiritual science of yoga for the new, healthy and happy life. Energizing your breath energizes your soul. Yoga means union with your consciousness, so come enjoy the journey toward enlightenment.
