Developed by Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, the school of Body Mind Centering began in 1973, has teachers in 32 countries and training centers in the US, Europe and South America. Learning through Embodiment – in Body-Mind Centering® we explore the various body systems, developmental stages and movement patterns through experiential learning.
This introductory class will explain the different approaches, such as somatization, movement, touch, sound and imagery. It will also give you the possibility to explore and experience directly on a cellular and tissue level. For more info about BMC, see: http://www.bodymindcentering.com
