We like to walk, some like to dance, hike, run, swim, surf. For all these activities we need healthy joints, ankles, hips and strong, yet flexible feet. With these playful Feldenkrais movements we can accomplish just that! Flexible feet and ankles are of vital importance for balance. Having painful or deformed feet from misuse are a drag. Happy feet are a pleasure to walk on. We can change our posture from the neck down or from the feet up. In this workshop, you will learn many movements to make your feet mobile and strong while working on good posture at the same time.
Eva Geueke has 30 years of international experience as a dance and movement teacher, Capoeirista and Qigong teacher. She has been a guild-certified Feldenkrais® practitioner since 1987.
