In this workshop you get to know your biggest muscle, the diaphragm – your ‘motor’ in the center of your body – so well that you can move it with ease. The diaphragm and the musculature between the ribs will learn to work together so your ribcage frees up and your spine elongates. Your thoracic spine will benefit as well! Surprisingly, by moving the diaphragm and the ribcage well, we can undo neck tension and immobility! There are a million benefits in proper breathing, including mental health!
