Svaroopa® yoga is hatha yoga  that concentrates on releasing spinal tension helping the body to realign. Enhancing the circulation of your own healing energy, this practice can bring about remarkable changes.  This style of yoga relieves cramping, sciatica, neck and shoulder pains, scoliosis and other problems caused from misalignment. Open to a lot of people who think they can’t do yoga, as well as being highly valuable to experienced yogis, especially if the are experiencing chronic pain or kinks. Extra large yoga blankets provided for a supported yoga workshop.

Kyno Ravelo brings this blissful practice to us from her home on Molokai. She has found that Svaroopa® Yoga is tremendously healingKyno Revela and that it imprints on the mind the joy of living in the body!  She began practicing Svaroopa® Yoga 7 years ago and became an Embodiment Yoga Therapist 5 years ago.  She went on to become certified as a Svaroopa® Yoga teacher in 2010. She is a massage therapist of 38 years’ experience in Hawaii, and has found svaroopa yoga to be *the* best modality to get people out of their pain. Author Jerry Jampolski of Love is Letting Go of Fear is a huge fan of Kyno’s and her Svaroopa® Yoga work.
