The Basics of Breathing for Stress, Anxiety, Respiratory & Immune Concerns

Registration limited to 6


Cultivate calm in uncomfortable and challenging situations though conscious breathing. Learning to inhale and exhale with awareness yields physiological changes that can:
  • decrease fatigue and pain
  • increase mental clarity and focus
  • reduce anxiety and depression
  • uplift mood
  • improve sleep
  • enhance immune functioning.


These accessible health tools can be taken with you and used anywhere, anytime, to enhance your general wellbeing. More specifically, these techniques help to address clinical health concerns, such as insomnia, anxiety, trauma, depression, pain, asthma and other respiratory ailments.
Comfortable street clothes, no yoga mat or equipment needed.
