2 hours of wholesome exercise! Our 2019 theme “Aiming High” at Still & Moving sets our sight on our goals, ideals and plans. Pull back the metaphorical bow string and shoot that arrow high on the first day of the year! Rotate through 5 mindful movement practices for 20 minutes each, every one of them aiming high: more fit, better skills, feeling GREAT.
Still & Moving Center is your source for mindful movement from dance, to martial arts, to aerial, to Nia, and to floor practices such as Feldenkrais, yoga, Medicinal Movement and pilates. Start your year with a little taste of each to see how good aiming high can feel!
Complete the rotation with an inspirational movement session either on the rooftop (wearing your socks/soft shoes) at sunset OR a heart and lung-filling oli – Hawaiian chanting – session with Kumu Malia.
