Pull back the metaphorical bow string and shoot your arrow high on the first day of the year!
This year’s mindful movement practices include Aerial Yoga, Tai Chi for Better Balance, Qigong, Yoga for Stress Relief, Turkish Belly Dance, Physiofit, Nia, Bollywood, Hula and Oli.
Complete the rotation either with an inspirational movement session on the rooftop (wearing your socks/soft shoes) at sunset OR a heart and lung-filling oli – Hawaiian chanting – session with Kumu Malia.
