Contract Duration and Automatic Renewal:
Contract is in force for six (6) consecutive months from the Contract Start Date (above), with automatic renewal for subsequent months. After the initial six (6) month contract, automatic renewal will continue unless cancelled by either the client or Still & Moving Center with written notification via email at least 30 days in advance of the next billing date.

Agreement to Pay Recurring Fees:
The client agrees to pay Still & Moving Center monthly recurring fees as follows: Aerial Golden Circle Membership for $189 plus tax, via Client authorized automatic credit card. Alternatively, Client may prepay six or twelve months in advance via any credit card. Payment in monthly increments by any means other than Client’s credit card is not permitted.

Option to Suspend:
The client may opt, once a year, to suspend their contract while they stop taking classes (to travel, for health reasons, etc.) by sendng an email notice to info@stillandmovingcenter.com, including the suspension start date. Still & Moving will charge a $15/month Suspension Fee to the account until the date that the client informs us that they are ready to recommence taking classes, at which time we will stop the suspension fees and re-instate their Aerial Golden Circle Membership with associated benefits.

_____(a) I agree to purchase the Aerial Golden Circle Membership for $189 plus tax, as an automatic charge to my credit card each month for at least six (6) months.
_____(b) I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit card.
_____(c) I understand that I will be notified if my credit card fails to authorize for any reason, and that a $10 late fee will apply if I do not provide a valid credit card within 10 calendar days of the original rejection date.
_____(d) I understand that my service will be deactivated if my account becomes more than 45 calendar days late, however I will still be responsible for all payments owed through the end of the 6
month contract and/or for any months during which I used my membership to attend classes and
did not pay my membership fees.
_____(f) My Auto Pay schedule may be canceled at any time after the first six (6) months. The only way to
do so is to submit my cancelation request in writing via email to info@stillandmovingcenter.com
at least 30 days in advance of my billing cycle. Verbal submission of a cancelation is not a valid
option.
