Morning Masala Dance Fitness – LIVE ONLINE, INTERACTIVE with Tara Pandeya
Wednesdays 10:45 – 11:45 am (HST)
Starting June 3, 2020
‘Masala’ means a mix of hot spices in Hindi. The class exemplifies this word; it is a fun, high energy cardio-based dance fitness class that borrows dance vocabulary from ‘Bhangra’ (Indian folk style) and party dance styles from Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Afghanistan. Tara introduces movements to warm up and cool down. The class starts with strengthening exercises, finishes with lengthening stretches and is accompanied by a unique mix of infectious soundtracks from the eastern world.
Join us for an energized morning of dance fitness!
