This all levels Vinyasa flow yoga class invites you to invigorate your day, calming your inner dialogue. Increase your strength, balance, and clarity as you build heat from the inside out. Practice proper posture alignment and flow through yoga sequences by connecting breath to movement. Use this vinyasa to fire up the warmth within you, stabilize your thoughts, challenge your spirit and lengthen your limbs. Find the benefits of an energized body and a deeper intent.

Christine Keller, Holistic Physical Therapist

Christine Keller is the founder and director of Metaphysio Hawaii, and Metaphysio NYC. She is the creator of DancerFit and PhysioFit. Christine received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2010 and her Dual Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Dance from Hunter College in 2006. She has since received her Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist certification, and is avidly pursuing her Pelvic Rehabilitation certification. She is also a certified yoga teacher and Yoga Teacher Educator.

Very clear and patient, Christine gives each of her clients a diagnosis that informs and clarifies them as to whats going on in their body. Her steady, gentle hands-on treatment takes the body into specific positions that it needs to heal, and releases knots and tensions that have been holding it back. Her followup recommendations give the client an integrative, functional plan to further their recovery process, and foster lifelong changes.

During her last eight years of practice, Christine has had such rich experiences and mentorship, giving her opportunities to work with a multifaceted patient population.Common conditions Christine treats include but are not limited to: orthopedic, post operative, traumatic/acute injuries, chronic long-standing injuries and pain, dance specific injuries, womens health concerns and pelvic rehabilitation for both male and female patients, rehabilitation and continued care of certain neurological and congenital conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, post-stroke, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy and cystic fibrosis.
