Come. Unwind tension in your body and quiet your mind, let your worries and aches melt away, leaving the class feeling calm and rejuvenated. This class derives from the authentic India tradition, moving with intention and dedicating our yoga practice to a higher purpose.

As the path of devotion, bhakti is the heart’s reach towards the Divine – divine love, divine insight, grace – however we may conceive of It. A life of true bhakti can infuse us with joy, understanding and peace. Radheya intends for the strong yet light-hearted yoga of this class to help soften our hearts, clear our minds. He brings his beautiful voice, accompanied by the harmonium, singing bhajans and reciting verses from sacred texts that bring clarity to our practice and out into our daily lives.

We suggest that you already have some familiarity with basic yoga movement.

Following this class, Radheya offers a free meditation class at 7:00 pm.

Radheya Fournier

Radheya, has been doing yoga since he was a kid, and studying the language of Sanskrit, chanting mantras and singing in kirtans for his adult life. He’s a wonderful musician and loves keiki. He has traveled the globe, spent years in India, taught children, and now returned home to Oahu to raise his little keiki in what he considers the best place in the world to do that!
