This all levels Vinyasa flow yoga class invites you to invigorate your day, calming your inner dialogue. Increase your strength, balance, and clarity as you build heat from the inside out. Practice proper posture alignment and flow through yoga sequences by connecting breath to movement. Use this vinyasa to fire up the warmth within you, stabilize your thoughts, challenge your spirit and lengthen your limbs. Find the benefits of an energized body and a deeper intent.

Join Katie in class for empowering and alignment-focused flows and creative sequences that will allow for space to grow, giggle, sweat and surrender, all in a fun and safe space.

“Always be open to your path and your journey.” These lyrics are words Katie lives by, and the meandering in life is what lead her to yoga in the summer of 2009. She took her first Power Yoga Teacher Training in Colorado during the winter of 2010 and another in summer of 2012.  Additionally, she has studied yoga nidra, advanced asana, and the utilization of yoga as a tool in finding empowerment in our own bodies as well as eating disorder recovery, with Chelsea Roff and the Eat Breathe Thrive team. She also teaches standup paddle board yoga classes and leads SUP yoga teacher trainings in Oahu.

Outside of yoga, you will find Katie with her nose in a book, probably on a beach; or with bare feet somewhere outside.
