Celebrating Magnificence: Body Journey Therapy with Regina Lumsden
We feel honored to welcome Regina Lumsden to our Still & Moving ohana. Regina provides transformational bodywork that helps to release physical and emotional memories held in our fascia. This very down-to-earth therapy holds a deep purpose in her clients’ healing journey. Our own lomi lomi practitioner and trainer Mālia Helelā endorses Regina’s touch as “one of the most elegant and informed touch” she has ever experienced.
Regina took her Licensed Massage Therapist training in Hawaii in 1999, adding the studies of lomi lomi, trigger points, shiatsu and Maori healing work. She’s a beautiful dancer, and her grace comes through all aspects of her work.
Regina hails from Sao Paulo state in Brazil (hence her charming accent!) where she took her Physical Education degree. In England, she trained in the Eurythmy and Spatial Dynamics, which she likens to soul gymnastics. She has shared this work with children in Waldorf school, also incorporating in Remedial Sensory Integration for children with learning differences, which deals with stages of neurological development. Regina feels blessed to have given birth to her own beautiful daughter and son, now moving toward adulthood.
