Aerial Yoga has helped a lot with my back pain. It s also the most fun for me to work on my core and arms in addition to stretching out my spine.
Aerial Yoga feels really good on my body. I’m on my second class and I already feel it’s helping my flexibility and focus. It is super fun to learn a new form of yoga. And my tummy feels really good the next day!
I really enjoy Aerial Yoga because I feel I get both the mental challenge of the inverted control as well as the physical strength challenge. I like that the class explains the various health benefits of each position and adds challenge for varying levels.
I like Aerial Yoga because it makes me feel elated. I always leave with a smile and I feel great all night. I practice yoga pretty regularly and aerial brings out different aspects that you don’t get on the mat. The silk forces you to balance in different ways and helps me improve stability.
