We find laughter spontaneously welling up as we interact authentically with others. Being fully present, in our bodies, in the now, we respond naturally to the situation at hand. We listen, we attune to the truth of the moment. Eventually, the absurdity, the funniness of it all pops the bubble of taking ourselves too seriously. We roll and rollick, gaining perspective for life and skills we take to the stage. Who knew self-discovery could be so much fun!
Students will have the opportunity to perform a short improv at Still & Moving Center’ holiday celebration called Merry & Bright on Sunday, December 17th, 5-7 pm.
Tom’s infectious sense of humor enlivens every encounter. He brings lightness and ease, allowing everyone’s natural abilities and talents to unfold in the spirit of fun. A truly gentle soul, his approach is always respectful, considerate. He creates safe space for everyone. His method emphasizes body awareness…The body never lies, as they say!
