In this workshop we use the sophisticated movement sequences of the Feldenkrais® Method to regain range of motion, undo tension and pain. This workshop helps your spine to remain healthy and/or helps it to heal.
In the course of this workshop, you learn with these easy and gentle movements to take your health into your own hands. Instead of being adjusted or treated again and again you can now learn what it is that causes you discomfort, tension or effort, then you learn how to avoid it. You learn to replace unconscious movement patterns with healthy ones that will make life easier and smoother. If you have a twist in your spine (scoliosis) this workshop can be very helpful in teaching you how to lengthen your spine in the right direction. In any case most neck, thoracic and lumbar vertebrae will benefit and feel more mobile yet stable. Headaches may be avoided as well.
