Take the 21 Day Art of Living Pledge and set yourself on the right track for 2018. Pledge yourself to take one class a day on any 21 days of January! We are here to support your Art of Living pattern. Live well! Live healthy! Live centered in the midst of movement! At our birthday on March 18th we will celebrate everyone’s successes – big and small! Balloons and bubbly refreshments…Prizes for those who complete all 21 days of class!
Healthy, centered living, Body, Mind and Spirit is truly an art. And like any art, practice makes perfect. Set your Art of Living practice into motion in January, and watch your entire year gain momentum. You feel better, breathe better, look better.
Our free, January 1st Art of Living Superclass is the ideal way to commence your 21 Day Pledge to the Art of Living. Our centered and motivating movement teachers are ready to cheer you every step of the way into your new, healthy year.

For every class, workshop or bodywork session that you take during the Art of Living Pledge to Health, Still & Moving Center will contribute $1 to each: Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center and Waianae Health Center. Get healthy yourself and help others get healthy!

Welcome in the New Year with 100 Minutes of the art of wholesome exercise! Rotate through 5 mindful movement practices for 20 minutes each, every one of them designed to enrich your Art of Living. Still & Moving Center is your source for mindful movement from the Dance Arts, Martial Arts and Healing Arts. Start your year with a little taste of each to see how good moving into the Art of Living can feel!

Learn the art of aligning your frame while improving your flexibility and breathing through yoga. Find new healthy movement patterns with Feldenkrais that may help you reduce chronic pain. Improve your vitality and resilience while steadying your mind in KoBang Qigong. The art of finding the childlike joy of movement comes through Nia!
Satisfy your New Year’s fitness craving with Pilates or Foam Rolling. Dance – whether Samba, Belly Dance or Hula – will satiate your expressive nature. Indulge your daring self with an aerial hammock adventure – or opt for a closer-to-the-ground session.
Complete the experience with an inspirational movement session on the rooftop (wearing your socks/soft shoes) at sunset OR a heart and lung-filling Hawaiian chanting oli session with Kumu Malia.
You are marvelously complex, with many aspects of yourself that deserve attention. Some parts of you may benefit from the discipline of skilled training, other parts may thrive with the gentleness of well-informed self care-taking.
